Details[edit | edit source]
Twin Koensayr R200 Ion Jet engines, rated at 250 KTU, propelled the BTL Y-wing starfighter in realspace. In an atmosphere, these ion fission engines worked in conjunction with recessed repulsorlift generators to attain speeds of 1,000 kilometers per hour. Each engine featured a sophisticated sensor array housed in domes at the front of the nacelle.

Attached to this spar was a thin cross-wing, which contained the Thiodyne 03-R cryogenic power cells and connected the craft to the sublight drives.
History[edit | edit source]
