RZ-4 was a snake-like Hutt Guard Droid with a male programming. Built by Shizu the Hutt long before the Galactic Civil War, RZ-4 eventually outlived his master. When the Galactic Empire locked down the Anoat sector, the guard droid was still functional and loyal to the Hutt ideals. RZ-4 ended up joining the crew of the Smuggler, the informal leader of the sector's anti-Empire Uprising.[1]
