Ra'fel, also known as "Friendly Fire" by a stormtrooper, was an Imperial Commander in the service of the Imperial Remnant. He was known to be "a real one-man army" and to be blazing away like no one's business, according to a stormtrooper who also recommended a fellow assigned stormtrooper to "make dead certain he's in front of you or you'll be getting new rear vents in your armor."
Behind the scenes[]
Ra'fel was slated to be mentioned in a conversation between two stormtroopers in the game Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, but it was cut out from the final version of the game. Subtitles for the conversation mentionning him remains in the game files but the voice files don't exist.[1]
