Radicaz Dobbs, known as "Sunshine" to his friends, was a human male treasure hunter and smuggler from the planet Eriadu who lived during the High Republic Era. Dobbs specialized in Force artifacts and operated out of the pleasure yacht Scupper. In 382 BBY, Dobbs was approached by Elecia Zeveron, the leader of the Path of the Open Hand cult, about locating such artifacts as part of her plans to "liberate" the Force.
