Ralph Ineson (born December 15, 1969) is an English actor who portrayed Ansiv Garmuth in Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi, although most of his role ended up on the cutting room floor.[1] The cut material is available in a deleted scene on the 2018 Blu-ray release of the film.[2]

Ineson is best known for playing the Ironborn reaver Dagmer Cleftjaw on the second season of the fantasy series Game of Thrones, the Death Eater Amycus Carrow in the last three Harry Potter films, William in The Witch, Donald Bamford in the BBC series Goodnight Sweetheart, General Nikolai Tarakanov in Chernobyl and Chris Finch in the BBC series The Office.
