A Ranrt crystal was a type of crystal used by the Wookiees for medicinal purposes.
At one point in 1 ABY, an individual from outside the Kerritamba Village was ordered by Chief Kerritamba to gather a Ranrt crystal for an ingredient in a remedy to cure the Great Tree in the Kkowir Forest. The only known way to get one was to recover it from a sayormi witch, who were known to carry them.

Ranrt crystals appeared in the video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.
