Raphael Sbarge (born February 12, 1964) is a American actor, voice actor, director, and producer. He has appeared in a number of films and provided the voicing for several Star Wars video and computer games.
He voices RC-1262 (Scorch) in Star Wars: Republic Commando and Carth Onasi in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords.
One of the few actors to appear in both Star Wars and Star Trek, he played the traitor Michael Jonas in several episodes of Star Trek: Voyager.
Raphael also voices Kaidan Alenko in the video game Mass Effect.
