Warning: This infobox is missing the following parameters: otherlife Raxus Prime,[4] also known simply as Raxus,[5] was a junk[4] planet[1] located in the Raxus system, within the Tion Hegemony[2] of the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories.[1] After the early Rebel Alliance was rejected by the Grand Hutt Council and the Bounty Hunters' Guild for a potential alliance against the Galactic Empire, General Davits Draven sent a message to Commander-in-Chief Mon Mothma where he suggested the Mining Guild, adding that he believed the Alliance could secure concessions of safe passage from the Guild and at a lower cost than Mothma might've thought. Draven then supplied a map with active investigations into Mining Guild operations carried out by the Alliance, one which was at Raxus Prime.[6]
Behind the scenes
Raxus Prime was first mentioned in Star Wars canon in the trivia gallery for the 2010 Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode "Heroes on Both Sides".[4] In Star Wars Legends, Raxus Prime first appeared in the 2003 young reader novel Boba Fett: The Fight to Survive, written by Terry Bisson.[7]
