Rayar was a male and member of the Car'das intelligence ring during the Galactic Civil War. During the Battle of Tansarii Point Station between Car'das and Black Sun forces, Laetin A'shera's pilots eliminated a Black Sun spy during a patrol mission in the Lucent Ivaya quadrant of the Bright Jewel system. Information found on the spy was quickly transmitted to Agent Rayar.
