Richard Franklin (1936 – December 25, 2023)[1] was a British actor who portrayed Sirro Argonne in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.[2]
Outside of Star Wars, Franklin was best known for his portrayal of Capt. Mike Yates on Doctor Who in the early-to-mid '70s, during Jon Pertwee's tenure as the Doctor.
