Ro Fenn was a corpulent white Twi'lek male who was a member of the Twi'lek Ruling Council of Lessu in 28 BBY. He was the head of Clan Fenn.
Biography[]
Fenn exiled his son, Kh'aris, from Ryloth for committing horrible crimes—which in reality, he himself committed. Although he assured Kh'aris that his exile would be short, it lasted many years, until with the help of Count Dooku, Kh'aris returned to Ryloth to assume control of the planet. However, his scheme was foiled and Lon Secura convinced the Council to exile Fenn into the Bright Lands to be killed.
