The Roche system was a system located in the Mid Rim, which housed the largest settlement of Verpine. It consisted of the Roche asteroid field orbiting the star Roche. The Verpine rely extensively on technology to make the asteroids habitable.
History[]
After the Battle of Yavin, the Battle of Roche took place in the Roche asteroid field.[4] Following this debacle, Imperial starships blockaded the system during most of the Imperial Period.[2]
