Rokari "Roki" Kem was a female Jessar freedom fighter from the planet Qaras. When her planet entered Galactic Alliance, after the slave revolt, she become the planet's senator and so enter to Alliance Senate on Coruscant. But in reality she had been absorbed by Abeloth before her arrival and the Dark Side entity subsequently used the popularity of Kem and her own Force powers to be elected next Chief of State of the GA.
