The Ruling Council,[7] also known as the Kaminoan government,[4] was the governing body of Kamino—the extragalactic homeworld of the Kaminoan species[1] located in the Outer Rim Territories.[8] Its administrative office,[6] including that of[1] the ruling Prime Minister Lama Su's around the time of the Clone Wars, were housed in the main hub of Tipoca City, the planetary capital.[7]
