Ruthic was a Rakata elder who was the head of the Tulpaa tribe. At some point, Ruthic released the former Sith court magician Raspir from a Rakatan mind trap.
Biography[]
Ruthic was a warrior priestess who hailed from Tulpaa in the Rakatan Archipelago. While the rest of her species had lost their connection to the Force millennia prior, her connection had been growing with each passing year. This unique development gave Ruthic great insight into the inner workings of the technology of her ancestors. She realized that the generations before her had failed to use the power available to them and was determined to uncover every lost secret. Hoping to better understand her fluke Force-sensitivity, Elder Ruthic ordered her priests to dissect healthy slaves to determine where the Force lies in the body.[1]
Ruthic became the leader of the Tulpaa tribe by exiling the former leaders into a mind trap. She dispatched hundreds of skipships to scour the Unknown Regions for slaves and resources to aid in the construction of a new Star Forge above the skies of Tulpaa. Ruthic was advised on how to bend the Star Forge to her will by Raspir, a pure-blooded Sith court magician of King Adas who had been released from a mind prison when Ruthic banished her opponents to the same device.[1]
Personality and traits[]
Elder Ruthic was a priest with the skills of a warrior. She was ambitious and cruel, but was also very bright and not given to anger or excess. She craved knowledge on the Force and the lost secrets of her ancestors.[1]
Ruthic was fluent in many Unknown Region languages such as Basic, Minnisiat, Rakata, Rammocate, Sy Bisti, and Vagaari.[1]
She wore ceremonial garb, wielded a ceremonial staff, and wore ceremonial gloves that doubled as combat gloves.[1]
