Sadao Emtri was a Zabrak male who served as a colonel in the Imperial Security Bureau during the reign of the Galactic Empire. At one point, Emtri deployed an Imperial-class Star Destroyer and Imperial Storm Commandos during a tournament in the Nouane sector that was actually a trap by the Empire to capture suspected Force-sensitives.[1]
