A single-bladed green lightsaber belonged to Jedi Master Saesee Tiin. Though he preferred missions in the cockpit of his starfighter, he wielded the lightsaber with precision and great skill. The color of the blade switched from violet, cobalt and emerald.

Tiin would use this lightsaber in a training match against Mace Windu on Coruscant circa 30 BBY while the two debated about Jedi Knight Quinlan Vos. In 22 BBY, Tiin wielded this lightsaber during the battle on Geonosis - the opening battle of the Clone Wars. During the war itself, Tiin used this weapon on a mission to The Rig alongside Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar and Mace Windu.

Tiin most notably wielded the lightsaber during the showdown on Coruscant where he, along with Jedi Masters Fisto, Kolar and Windu, confronted and were slain by the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Sidious in 19 BBY.

Behind the scenes[]

Tiin's lightsaber, depicted with a purple blade in the 23rd issue of Dark Horse Comics' Star Wars series,[1] was recolored green when the issue was reprinted in Star Wars Omnibus: Quinlan Vos: Jedi in Darkness.[4]
