Saffia was one of the three largest cities on the Outer Rim planet of Serenno.
History[]
These cities were well known for anti-Republic tendencies and were home to some of the galaxy's wealthiest benefactors.[1] Carannia and Fiyarro were very similar to Saffia.[2]
