The planet Iridonia was liberated by the Galactic Republic in 3963 BBY during the Mandalorian Wars,^[2] freeing the planet from the control of the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders^[1] The Republic Military counterattacked after the Mandalorian invasion with the support of Zabrak military units,^[1] driving the Mandalorians off-planet, but a Mandalorian presence remained in Iridonian society.^[4]
