Seezelslak's Specialty was a melon slushly beverage created by Seezelslak and served at his cantina in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. Seezelslak shared his recipe for the drink with customers and after making a culinary tour of the galaxy[1] between 34 ABY and 35 ABY,[2] the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs included a recipe for the dish in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook,[1] which was published in 35 ABY.[2]

Seezelslak's Specialty was created as a recipe for the 2023 Star Wars: The Ultimate Cookbook, a recipe book written by Jenn Fujikawa and Marc Sumerak. The out-of-universe recipe for the dish makes use of cantaloupe and coconut water, granulated sugar, lime zest, and mint leaf.[1]
