The Senate Bureau of Intelligence (SBI),[1] also referred to as Senate Intelligence,[2] was the largest civilian intelligence organization of the Galactic Republic and was active during the Clone Wars, serving the Galactic Senate. The Senate's Senate Intelligence Oversight Committee was responsible for approving SBI operations and programs in closed door briefings regarding activities from the leader of the agency, SBI Director Armand Isard. SBI was a separate entity from the Grand Army of the Republic's Republic Intelligence organization.[1] Wullf Yularen once belonged to the Bureau.[3]
