The Sepan sector was a sector located in the Slice portion of the Expansion Region.[1][2] It contained the planets Kayuk,[10] Raskane IV[11] and Wann Tsir,[12] as well as the location known as Tingel Deepspace Besh.[2] The sector also contained the Sepan system, which was the site of the planets Dimok,[13] Gaerboud IV,[7][14] Gerbaud 2,[13] Kuthard,[9][15] Ripoblus and Sepan 8.[13]
The Sepan sector was home to the eponymous Sepan species,[3] sentient humanoids[6] divided between the peoples of Dimok and Ripoblus,[13] the two primary worlds of the Sepan system.[16][17]
The Sepan sector was the site of the Sepan Civil War, a conflict between the Dimoks and the Ripoblus which lasted intermittently for centuries.[4][6][18][9]
