The Sessehshellah, or Sesseh, were a race of three–foot tall sentient mustalids that resembled giant river otters. They were native to the planet Shaymore. Though skilled at combat and stealth, the Sessehshellah had very little modern technology, with their available weaponry amounting to little more than sharpened clam shells mounted on sticks. Resultantly, they were easy prey for the Galactic Empire, which stole most of the planet's hydrocarbons. The Sessehshellah were freed by the Rebel Alliance, who supplied them with modern weapons to better fight the Imperial Stormtroopers and destroyed the Empire's main refinery, leading the Imperials to abandon Shaymore.[1]
