Seth Benjamin Gesshel Green (born February 8, 1974) is an American actor who voiced Todo 360 and Ion Papanoida in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.[2][3] He attended Celebration IV in 2007 to promote a new series of Star Wars-themed episodes.
He is well known for his role in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as well as Austin Powers series of comedy films, and guest-starring on the sitcom That '70s Show. He also voices the characters of Chris Griffin in Family Guy and is the creator and producer of the comedy series Robot Chicken, where he has parodied Star Wars several times. Green appeared in many other movies, such as Rat Race, The Italian Job, and Can't Hardly Wait. He also voiced the character Joker, pilot of the SSV Normandy, in BioWare's Mass Effect and reprised his role for Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3.
