Shaak kebab was a kebab dish made from shaaks,[1] a species native to the planet Naboo.[3] It could be purchased in a diner on the desert world Lafete for credits[1] in 9 ABY.[4] The dish was listed on the bar's menu in Aurebesh among the other foods sold there.[1] Around that year,[4] a cafe on the planet Nevarro sold shaak kebab for 8.06 credits.[2]

Shaak kebab was first mentioned on a menu featured in "Chapter 16: The Rescue,"[1] the eighth and final episode of the second season of the live-action series The Mandalorian. The episode aired on December 18, 2020.[5]
