Shia Letap was a female Human Jedi Initiate. While hiding from the clone troopers of the 501st Legion attacking the Jedi Temple, Letap was killed along with Sors Bandeam, Jeswi Ele, and several other younglings by Darth Vader as part of Operation: Knightfall in 19 BBY.
