Plot summary[]

"Welcome to the Devshi Prison Complex. I am your Warden, Mattis Coto. There are no human guards here. No one to bribe. No one to corrupt. If you are lucky, you will never see me."

On the prison complex on Devshi, Jedi Master Mace Windu has infiltrated the complex under the disguise of a prison guard. In a private moment, Windu removes his helmet and begins exploring the underwater complex. Upon entering a corridor, Windu notices an astromech droid which begins rushing away from the Jedi. Hoping to use the droid to locate Prison Warden Mattis Coto, it leads him to the warden's office where Windu can interrogate the man about a Prison break on Kevan 8 where an escapee had used a Skeleton key he claimed to have received from Mattis. Windu suggests that the warden might not have been earning enough from being a warden, so selling Skeleton Keys is a more substancial way to earn some credits. In response, Mattis presses a hidden button, mobilising several security droids to kill the Jedi Master. The Jedi Master swiftly defeats the droids and grabs a hold of Mattis Coto, but he reveals that the master skeleton key is already on its way to the surface. He also adds that even though he would be arrested for this, his partners would pay for his release. Running after the droid carrying the key, Windu doesn't make it in time. With only one option left, Windu enters the emergency aqualock to swim to the surface.
