His Potency the Grand Shreeftut was the title of the ruler of the Ssi-ruuvi Imperium. The Shreeftut was elected by both the Conclave and the Elders' Council, and was required to be a native of Lwhekk. The Shreeftut lived in Cree'n'aak Palace.
