Shrikes Peak was a location on the planet Tatooine. Historian Eloc Throno wrote about the peak in his book The Traveler's Guide to Tatooine, subtitled "From Shrikes Peak to the Dune Sea."[1] In 34 ABY,[2] Throno mentioned Shrikes Peak in an advertisement for The Traveler's Guide to Tatooine within his guidebook Traveler's Guide to Batuu. It shared its name with[1] the shrike, a species of bird.[3]
