Behind the scenes[]

"Plus, there's the character of Sicarus, one of Boolan's 'Children', who was such a difficult character to write, because of what he's been through and is going through, but also feels very central to the unfolding themes of the book."
―George Mann[3]

Sicarus appeared in the 2024 young-adult novel The High Republic: Tears of the Nameless, written by George Mann and published as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase III.[4] In an interview, Mann stated that Sicarus had been a difficult character to write.[3]
