During the Outer Rim Sieges of the Clone Wars, the Galactic Republic undertook a siege of Boz Pity as the Confederacy of Independent Systems maintained several installations that allowed the Separatists to raid Republic territory. Due to the amount of raids and their devastation, the Republic counterattacked Separatist forces on Boz Pity, which resulted in a siege that became one of the most intense of the war, drawing in major leaders and fighters from both sides.[2] After the Siege of Saleucami, Jedi General Quinlan Vos moved his forces to Boz Pity,[5] where they emerged victorious. Vos was then redeployed to the Battle of Kashyyyk.[6]

- ↑ Star Wars: Battles that Changed the Galaxy establishes that the Siege took place during the Outer Rim Sieges, which The Star Wars Book states began nineteen years before the events of Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. As Star Wars: Galactic Atlas states that A New Hope begins in 0 BBY, the Outer Rim Sieges must have begun in 19 BBY and Siege of Boz Pity took place during the same year.
