A simu-tunnel,[1] also known as a hyperspace tunnel,[2] or as a hyper tunnel,[3] was a tunnel-like pocket of realspace allowing safe travel through the alternate dimension known as hyperspace. Although most beings needed hyperdrive technology to produce such tunnels, the purrgil created them naturally. From the traveler's point of view, a simu-tunnel looked like a spiral of blues.[4]
Naley Frifa had a tattoo of a stylized hyperspace simu-tunnel on her neck and upper torso.[1]
