Replicas of Sith starships were built by a cult to honor the Sith Force-sensitive tradition and its members' periodic returns to the Outer Rim planet Kursid. The replicas had been constructed before the Bith Sith Lord Darth Tenebrous' visit as an apprentice,[2] which took place by approximately 124 BBY.[1] The starship replicas were located in the center of the planet's arid plateau that served as a battleground, near totemic figures which had also been made to honor the Sith.[2]

Behind the scenes[]

The Sith starships replicas appeared in the 2012 novel Darth Plagueis written by author James Luceno.[2]

Notes and references[]

  1. 1.0 1.1 Darth Plagueis establishes that the Sith starship replicas on Kursid had been built by time Darth Tenebrous visited the planet during his apprenticeship to his Sith Master. Furthermore, SWInsider.png "The Tenebrous Way" – Star Wars Insider 130 establishes that, after Tenebrous had killed his master, he undertook a decades-long search for an apprentice of his own before becoming the master of Darth Plagueis, which per Darth Plagueis had occurred by the time Tenebrous and Plagueis visited Kursid approximately fifty years before 54 BBY. Therefore, Tenebrous must have visited Kursid by approximately 124 BBY.
