The Six Sisters were six Inner Rim worlds dominated by the Echani species, ruled by the female council of the Echani Command. Eshan, the Echani homeworld, was one of the Six Sisters, as were Thyrsus and Begali.
In 1154 BBY, Thyrsus and Begali revolted against Echani Command, resulting in the Begali Uprising. Though Begali rejoined Echani Command less than a century later, hostilities between Thyrsus and Eshan continued until the Pact of Almera in 899 BBY.
