During the Imperial Era, a skirmish occurred between the Galactic Empire's Third Fleet commanded by Grand Admiral Balanhai Savit and the Chimaera, commanded by Commodore Karyn Faro. The skirmish resulted in the arrest of Savit, who was stealing components from Project Stardust, by Major Dayja Collerand of the Imperial Security Bureau.[1]
