Skua Squad was a squad[1] of nine[3] clone troopers that served within one of the Grand Army of the Republic's[1] platoons[3] during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.[1]
Commanded by a clone trooper sergeant and a clone trooper corporal who acted as the squad's second-in-command,[2] Skua Squad participated in a mission early in the war that was botched due to the squad's lack of discipline, leaving clone trooper Ganch as its only survivor. Having witnessed what could go wrong when troopers lacked discipline, Ganch developed a hardened attitude and later became the commanding officer of the 612th Attack Battalion.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
Created by Sideshow Collectibles for their Militaries of Star Wars line of Sixth Scale Figures, Skua Squad was mentioned as part of a 2012 action figure made exclusively for the Star Wars Celebration VI fan convention.[1]
