There are two conflicting sources for this article: Join the Resistance: Escape from Vodran" and "Poe Dameron 25".

Lucasfilm has not yet established a cohesive timeline. Editor discretion is advised.

"And may the Force be with you both, for all your days."
―Leia Organa to Snap and Karé[src]

Snap and Karé's wedding was the wedding of Resistance pilots Temmin "Snap" Wexley and Karé Kun held in the Resistance base on D'Qar thirty years after the Battle of Endor.[1] The bride and groom agreed to it after returning from the rescue of Lor San Tekka.[1]

Members of J-Squadron attempted to keep the wedding secret, but poor planning resulted in the ceremony becoming the worst-kept secret on the base. The ceremony was disturbed when the anilam-flavored pudding cooked by Mattis Banz caused Poe Dameron, the bride and groom, and most of the attending guests to erupt in noisy flatulence. However, they all ended up laughing it off.[4] At one point, General Organa wished that the Force be with the bride and groom.[1] Wedge Antilles gave Wexley a pair of flight gauntlets as a wedding gift.[5]

Behind the scenesEdit

The wedding appears in the comic book Poe Dameron 25 and the young-readers book Join the Resistance: Escape from Vodran. However, the two sources are incongruent in terms of the attendees, a result of the authors working on the same event from two angles.[6][7]

The mission to Megalox Beta immediately follows the mission to Ovanis as established by Poe Dameron 3. According to a timeline shown at D23 Expo 2019, SWResistanceLogo Star Wars Resistance – "The Recruit" takes place one year prior to the events of Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens. Star Wars: The Force Awakens: The Visual Dictionary places "The Force Awakens" in 34 ABY, meaning SWResistanceLogo Star Wars Resistance – "The Recruit" takes place in 33 ABY. As this event occurs between the mission to Megalox Beta and the mission to rendezvous with the Resistance, the event must have occurred between 32 ABY and 33 ABY.
