Snit was a dewback owned by the Calwell family on Tatooine. He was taken care by Kallie Calwell. The animal was killed by a sarlacc in The Rumbles.

Snit was a mountain dewback trained by Kallie Calwell in Pika Oasis. In 19 BBY while he was being ridden by Kallie he stampeded towards the Rumbles and the sarlacc in the area. He fell into the sarlacc once Obi-Wan Kenobi saved Kallie and Annileen Calwell from the creature's back.
