A human male born on the planet of Serenno was the brother of the Serennian Duke Solha and the duke's sister. The siblings' family aligned itself with the Confederacy of Independent Systems, being dispatched by Separatist leader Count Dooku to the planet Mokivj, where they oversaw the manufacturing of cortosis B2 super battle droids and mining of cortosis.[1]
Around 19 BBY,[2] Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and Senior Captain Thrawn infiltrated the three Serennians' droid factory while Solha's brother and sister were talking to several workers in the complex's courtyard, next to a speeder struck. While Solha confronted Galactic Republic Senator Padmé Amidala, the duke's siblings sieged Skywalker and his Chiss companion; however, the pair was able to defeat the Serennian battle droid forces and blow up the factory with the explosion of a nearby cortosis mine. Solha's brother wore a Serennian cloak like his siblings, and later wore clone trooper armor covered with cortosis to protect himself from Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker.[1]

Solha's brother first appeared in the clone wars storyline of the 2018 novel Thrawn: Alliances by Timothy Zahn, the second installment in the Star Wars: Thrawn trilogy.[1]
