The Ubdurians were among the earliest spacefarers.
Spacefaring was a term referring to species capable of traveling in space through the use of starships. The Ubdurians from Ubduria were among the earliest spacefaring species, which allowed them to build up a trade-based empire of their own in the Inner Rim long before the Galactic Republic even discovered their existence.[1] Although non-spacefaring species were often regarded as "primitive," some like the Gungans actually had an advanced technology in other areas.[2]
