―Lok Durd[src]

Squad Three was a squad of B1-series battle droids and B2-series super battle droids that served under Neimoidian General Lok Durd in the Confederacy of Independent Systems' droid army[1] in 21 BBY,[2] where it, along with Squad Two, fought on the planet Maridun during the Clone Wars.[1]

Star Wars: Galactic Atlas similarly dates "Blue Shadow Virus" to 21 BBY. As this episode takes place between these two episodes according to StarWars.com Star Wars: The Clone Wars Chronological Episode Order on StarWars.com (backup link), the episode, and the events that took place on Maridun, including the destruction of Squad Three, must also take place in 21 BBY.
