Warning: This infobox has missing parameters: music, title and unrecognized parameters: show name Star Wars: Jedi Temple Challenge is a children's game show currently being developed by Lucasfilm. It is set to debut on the Star Wars Kids website and YouTube channel on June 3, 2020.[1] The series is to take place in a galaxy far far away, and will put its young contestants through a series of obstacles, in the attempt to gain the rank of Jedi Knight, that will test them on the core Jedi principles of strength, knowledge, and bravery. It will be hosted by Ahmed Best who will play Jedi Master Kelleran Beq and mentor the contestants. Best will be joined by his droid companion, AD-3, voiced by Mary Holland.[2] The canonicity of the show is currently unknown.

Promotion

The show's first trailer was released on May 27, 2020 on the Star Wars Kids YouTube channel and The Star Wars Show.[3] Co-hosts Ahmed Best and Mary Holland, who played Jedi Master Kelleran Beq and his droid companion AD-3 also promoted the show during an interview with The Star Wars Show hosts Andi Gutierrez and Anthony Carboni.[4]

Release

The first two episodes of Jedi Temple Challenge will be released on the Star Wars Kids website and YouTube channel on June 3, 2020. The series consists of ten episodes.[1]
