Storyline[]

The storyline involves a trio of Nightsisters. Each segment of the game is opened with narration similar to the narration that opens each episode of The Clone Wars.

Plot summary[]

When Luminara Unduli and her squad of clones are attacked by Nightsisters, a clone contacts Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka Tano, Mace Windu, Plo Koon and Kit Fisto for assistance. Two of the Jedi come to their assistance, where they engage the Nightsisters just before the killers escape with a shipment of stolen lightsaber crystals from Ilum. Two Jedi travel to Rodia, where they combat a Kwazel Maw and again engage a Nightsister. Meanwhile, two more of the Jedi encounter Asajj Ventress, and manage to free Ziro the Hutt from her grasp. Then, two Jedi then go to the planet Christophsis after receiving a call for help from senator Amidala.

After they rescue her, the two jedi uncover a dangerous battleship, the Devastation, a weapon powered by the force, courtesy of Count Dooku. After two more of the Jedi travel to Dathomir to continue their investigation into the Nightsisters, all six of the Jedi have a showdown against Count Dooku, Ventress, and Sai Sircu in the Battle Cruiser Devastation. Ahsoka and Plo Koon pair up against Asajj, Obi Wan and Kit Fisto duel Dooku, and Anakin and Mace combat Sai, who eventually attempts to betray Dooku and Ventress before she is killed. The Jedi leave the ship in flames, and Dooku and Ventress escape in Dooku's Punworcca 116-class interstellar sloop.

Development[]

The game's original title was Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Day of the Nightsisters, in reference to LucasArts' classic game Day of the Tentacle.[3]
