Star Wars: The Complete Visual Dictionary is a reference book that was released by DK Publishing in 2016. It reprinted material noted as being part of the Star Wars Legends continuity from Star Wars: The Visual Dictionary, Star Wars: Episode I The Visual Dictionary, and Star Wars: Attack of the Clones: The Visual Dictionary, which were written by David West Reynolds, and Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith: The Visual Dictionary, which was written by James Luceno.[1] These works were previously printed together in a 2005 edition of Star Wars: The Complete Visual Dictionary,[2] but the 2016 book also includes additional canon reprinted material from Star Wars: The Force Awakens: The Visual Dictionary, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo.[1]
