Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back: The Illustrated Screenplay was published in April 1998 by Del Rey. It presents the original screenplay for the 1980 film Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back by Leigh Brackett and Lawrence Kasdan as well as accompanying original storyboard illustrations.[1]
