Star Wars Insider 52 is the fifty-second issue of Star Wars Insider magazine. It was the first issue produced by editor Jeff Quick, following the departure of Dan Madsen, the original Star Wars Insider publisher and former president of The Official Star Wars Fan Club, and longtime Editor-in-Chief Jon Bradley Snyder. At the same time, longtime Managing Editor Scott Chernoff, who had been overseeing the magazine, offered some continuity to the transition, becoming a Contributing Editor. Issue 52 was published on February 27, 2001.
