Opening crawl[]

THE CLONE WARS
VOL. 2
Over a year has passed since the Battle of Geonosis, the
first salvo in what has become known as the Clone Wars.
Despite its misgivings, the Jedi Council has reluctantly
agreed with Supreme Chancellor Palpatine's suggestion
that they continue to lead the Galactic Republic's clone
army. Unfortunately for the Jedi, they now face the
challenge of attempting to balance their traditional role as
galactic peacekeepers with their new military positions as
generals...and their ranks are spread thin.

Thanks to the machinations of the evil Darth Sidious and
his Sith apprentice, Count Dooku - also known as Darth
Tyranus - the Jedi are in greater peril than ever. While the
separatist confederacy fights the Republic, the Sith
patiently watch from the shadows - manipulating both
sides and waiting for their moment to cruch the Jedi Order.

In an act of desperation, Jedi Master and spy Quinlan Vos
has become a double agent, joining Dooku to earn his trust
and learn his secrets. But Vos has always strayed too close
to the dark side of the Force, and this time it may prove to
be too great a temptation for him. The future, once a clear
vision of peace for the Jedi, is now clouded with
uncertainty - and, quite possibly, with death....
