Star Wars Year By Year: A Visual History, New Edition is a Star Wars reference book by Pablo Hidalgo and Kristin Baver. It was published by Dorling Kindersley in the United Kingdom on September 23, 2021. The title is a follow-up to Star Wars Year By Year: A Visual History, Updated and Expanded Edition.

Star Wars Year By Year: A Visual History, New Edition is the forth edition of Star Wars Year By Year, with the first edition being released in 2010, followed by a second edition in 2012, and third in 2016. Like its predecessors,[3][4][5] this book expand on the previous editions, adding 42 new pages, but it is also the first to remove content, with a 26 pages cut.[6]

The section covering 1984 to 1996, previously titled "Between the Trilogies", was renamed "Expanding Star Wars, while the section starting from 2013, titled "Star Wars: A New Era", was renamed into "The Sequel Trilogy". The 2016 chapter, the last chapter in the previous edition, was expanded from two to ten pages, with all previous segments from the previous edition kept, although with some descriptions and illustrations changes. Five new chapters, covering years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 were also added to this section. The new addition were written by Kristin Baver.[5][6]
