The static charge dissipator was a device used on the Millennium Falcon to dissipate static charge. While transporting Moebin Faltus to Prahvin, the Falcon was acting up causing Rey to investigate. She discovered that the static charge dissipator was completely burned out and decided that the Falcon needed to make a planetfall for repairs on the planet Choss. Rey and Faltus searched a city for a new static sharge dissipator.[1]
