Stephin was a security expert and a friend of Cilia Dil. He accompanied Cilia, Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Aeran on a secret mission to Delaluna to steal the plans for the Annihilator to free Junction V from the oppression of the Guardians.
